Ne izdajmo nikad našu braću would release with only two songs, "Branićemo Radovana Karadžića" and "Branićemo Ratko Mladića".

In addition to the name change, a new track was added to the album, titled "Pogrešan juriš". The CD release would have no label or category number attached to it, but would feature "Bratu Radovanu Karadžiću" with updated vocals. The picture of Mladić seen in the double fold would be absent.
