Ko je letke bacao zbog Raše? (Serbian Cyrillic: Ко је летке бацао због Раше?, lit. "Who Dropped the Leaflets for Rašo?") is a single released by patriot and performed by Guslar Miloš Vasiljević-Mića. The album is about SFOR's leaflet campaign in an effort to catch Radovan (and any other war criminal in the process) as well as the raid in Čelebić that took place about a month prior to the campaign. To date, it is the only release by Vasiljević.
Background
On March 13 and 19 and July 2 and 3 of 2002, SFOR dropped leaflets in Republika Srpska. Disguised as a 50 K-mark, the back of the leaflet reveals to be a campaign headed by Rewards for Justice. Promising a $5 million reward, the campaign asked for any information that would aid in the capture the former president of Republika Srpska, Radovan Karadžić and/or other war criminals.[1] It is unknown if the campaign was successful or not.
Prior to the leaflet campaign, SFOR on behalf of NATO commenced a raid in the village of Čelebić after receiving information regarding a sighting of the former president. SFOR closed off the village and broke into buildings via explosives. Although weapons were found, Karadžić was not. An unintended consequence of the operation was businesses and homes being damaged or destroyed.[2] The event (dubbed "Operation Daybreak" two years later by official sources[3][4]) took place February 28th of 2002.
The cover to the album features an SFOR helicopter with leaflets being scattered. Beside it is an image of Karadžić in a VRS uniform taken some time in the winter, though the true source of the image is unknown. It features the titular leaflet on the bottom with a banner with the Serb flag colors on top with the sky as the background. The back features a profile of the Gusle and a purple tint to the sky background.
