Srpskim radikalima: Difference between revisions

From Savez
Reworded a section. I say Gluvi barut was when Baja's vocals change again because his voice starts going deep instead of maintaining the usually pitch we're all used to. Added variant and fix a link typo in the track list. Good night.

There are three original songs in the album: "Himna srpskih radikalima", "Banana", and "Oj, Šešelju". These songs would be arranged by Dule Simović who also arranged works like ''[[Srpkinjo, majko, rađaj sinove]]'' and ''Probudi se Srbine''. These songs contrast with the older works on the album, not only in arrangement but also in vocals as Baja's voice has a more clean, nasal voice which could be a result of age, smoking, or both. From this album onwards, Baja would sing with this vocal style.

These songs contrast with the older works on the album as the new songs have a different vocal style. While the vocal change would originally appear in the previous album, ''[[Ne dirajte njega]]'' it was more subtle. From this release onwards, these cleaner and nasally vocals would become a long-term change until 2007's Gluvi barut. No official explanation has been given to the change in vocals.

This is the first time in a compilation that "Obilić me zove" would be renamed. It appears as the last track, but is renamed to "Kosovska" likely to fit with the album's theming.

The other songs are from older material, though "Srbi se nikog ne boje" and "Kosovska" are misattributed to the work of Slavko Mitrović Caleta.
