Background

On the 27th of May 1999, president Slobodan Milošević, along with four other senior officials had warrants issued by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia due to their actions during the Kosovo War.[1] About two years later, on the 4th of April 2001, Milošević would be arrested after a stand-off with police, but would be held under corruption-related charges.[2] On the 28th of June, he would be authorized to be transferred to the Hague and would be transferred to the UN's detention unit the following day.[3]

While the release date is unknown, Sramno suđenje Slobodanu Miloševiću u Hagu the time frame of its release is known. The song has no mention of Milošević's death, but is when he was at the Hague. The source of the image is from a photo taken by Paul Veeker for Reuters, though with different color grading. The image was taken in 13 February 2002[4] which means that at the earliest, the album was made mid-late 2002 and at the latest, before 11 March 2006, when Milošević died[5]. The album's j-card is made of paper, which is unusual for a SuperTon release.
