12 najlepših četničkih pesama (Serbian Cyrillic: 12 најлепших четничких песама, lit. "12 Best Chetnik Songs") is the eighth studio album from folk singer Nikola Urošević Gedža, released some time in 1990, by the Master Music Company. While not the first album made featuring songs from the Chetnik movement, it is the most notable as it appears in numerous compilation albums both official and unofficial.

Background

While both singer and executive credits are provided, the backing orchestra and other elements surrounding production of the album remain anonymous.

Release

12 najlepših četničkih pesama was released some time in 1990 by Master. In the same year, "Zaslon" Šabac would publish songs from the album across two releases: Četničke pesme and Otadžbinske pesme.

In 1994, the album would be rereleased with six additional songs on the compilation 18 najlepših četničkih pesama. Music videos would be created for the songs featured in the album and compiled into a VHS titled Od Topole pa do Ravne Gore. However it is unknown when it was released.
